General Description:	Challenge Youth Academy (FC Challenge) was founded in 1999, Challenge Youth Academy (FC Challenge) have partnership soccer development program with Heelands Ranger FC and dreams of (1) creating the best training program available to our local players here in Oyo state (2) establishing a proud family of players that would continue long into the future where their love and pride for the game would be passed from generation to generation. Through the trials, obstacles and learning experiences, Challenge Youth Academy (FC Challenge) has continued to grow, develop and foster my hopes and dreams. Over the years, We have had the pleasure and privilege of playing and coaching the game at a variety of levels. As a player, we produced for local Clubs, youth soccer league in the state, that competed in various level events, and was blessed with multiple opportunities to travel, train and play. This is where we learned the true meaning of “heart and desire”, “humility” and “dedication”. As a coach, we have been fortunate enough to have coached so many very talented players and watched them progress (a) up the youth ranks of soccer, (b) in their own respective social communities, (c) through the Local, State, Regional and National teams, and (d) within our own Academy structure. In developing my program, we wanted to differentiate what we were offering from what everyone else is offering. We wanted to provide something that made us extra special. To date, We think that extra special something is evidenced and displayed in our most prized and precious jewels…our players and teams. Players like Banjo Adesanya (member of FC Thalwil Switzerland ), and a long list of others are the true essence and embodiment of all that, We Challenge youth soccer academy (FC Challenge/Heelands Rangers), believe in and strive for. They set the standard for all others to follow. In developing our "Academy motto", there seemed to be so many things we could say but there was clearly one statement that fit best "BRINGING THE TALENTED TO THE WORLD TO SEE." Perhaps that simple sentence is what separates our teams and players from the rest. At this time, We would like to give special thanks and praise to the true pioneers and horses that have forged the Challenge youth soccer academy forward, Players like Seyi owoade and Aliu lateef, long-time mentor Coach kemi folagbade, my parents, all those families and players that believed and continue to believe in what we stand for.
