"Although he's a youth coach, the difference between his methods and the first league coaches' methods are the training time and the pitch's conditions. This coach also studies the opponent (so he can know what to train) and his very good at providing motivation - I can conclude that his good at technical, tactical and mental attributes. He has worked with famous people and he has an excellent curriculum. He only needs to be «discovered»!"
