  1. How do I sign up on MyBestPlay? ?

    Signing up is free and you need little information to do it. It only takes a couple of minutes. To start click here.

  2. I havenít received the email to confirm my registration. What may the problem be?

    Once you complete registration, you will receive a confirmation email with the steps to follow in order to activate your account.

    If you havenít received that email after signing up, please send us another email inquiries@mybestplay.com. Write ďAccount ValidationĒ on the subject, include your email address and the key with which you signed up, on the body message.

  3. How do I get my key back?

    Click here to ask for the key to be sent by email.

  4. How do I modify the information on my sport profile?

    Firstly, you have to log in and click on "Edit my profile"

    Remember that you can modify your details and rťsumť whenever you want. In addition to this, you can upload your pictures and videos.

    Keep in mind that is a free service.

  5. Why canít I have access to my account?

    If you cannot have access to your account, these may be the reasons:

    1. The access information is incorrect. Check that your email and password are correct. Ask for your userís name and password if you think you have forgotten them.
    2. If it is the first time you have access to your account, you may not be able to do it if you havenít completed all the registration process. Check whether you have received an email confirmation from MyBestPlay. If you havenít, repeat the registration process, taking into account that it will only be completed after you activate your account by clicking on the link included on the email.

      There may be a momentary connection problem. Please, wait a minute and try again.

  6. I haven't received any response to my messages yet. What's the problem?

    If you havenít received any answer, it may be because your profile doesnít adjust to what they look for or maybe the club hasnít considered your profile yet. MestPlay always recommends you to complete your profile as much as you can, because that's the way you may increase your opportunities for success.

  7. How do I upload a photo on my sport profile?

    It takes only two easy steps:

    1. Access your Account on MyBestPlay and click on the section: MY PICTURES
    2. You will find a BROUSE button; click there and youíll be able to upload a photo from your computer.
      Take into account it has to be a JPEG photo, with a reasonable resolution.
      If you cannot upload the photo, we ask you to send it to us to the following email inquiries@mybestplay.com and weíll do it for you.

  8. How do I upload a video on my sport profile?

    It only takes few minutes.:

    1. To start the process you need to have an account on, www.youtube.com, if you donít have it yet click here, and complete all the personal information YouTube asks you for.
    2. Once you sign up, you will receive an email confirmation from YouTube; then youíll be able to upload all the sport videos you have on your YouTube account.
    3. Access your Account on MyBestPlay and click on the section: MY VIDEOS
    4. Write the url of each video you have on YouTube.
    5. You can already see the videos you have uploaded on your profile on My Best Play!!!
      About YouTube: It is a FREE website, where you can upload the videos you want (2-5 minutes long) from your personal account. www.youtube.com
      If you cannot upload your video, we ask you to send it to inquiries@mybestplay.com and weíll upload it for you.

  9. How can I contact other users?

    You have to log in to contact other users. If youíre not registered yet, keep in mind that this is a free service and itís easy to sign in.

After that, you have to click on the ďSend Message" link.
    Donít forget that you must complete 75% of your profile to send messages. Check your account to get more information.

  10. How is MyBestPlay involved in communitation among its users?

    MyBestPlay a free platform for users to interact, but MyBestPlay does not get involved in negotiations among its users. That's why MBP is not responsible for any consequence that may arise from usersí dealings.
