Ralph is a very talented forward who is a shooting forward with excellent athletic ability: speed, quickness and outstanding elevation, though not powerfull. He\'s more a scorer than a shooter who can play at the shooting guard as well, even being 6\'7. Moves very well without the ball and is able to beat his man one-on-one. Extremely athletic. Decent outside shooter, with 3-point range. Good defender, however not in a physical way. He is a threat to steal the ball with his quick hands and feet. he is smart, coachable, a team player and has great work athic. Positions well in defense. Very creative in offense. Has a real nice (turnaround) jumpshot. Can really score when necessary. Very difficult to stop because of his quickness and athletic ability. Clutch player. Has an excellent attitude and he will have a very bright future in Europe. Was voted MVP of the Dutch league in 1999. Became MVP of the Belgian league in 2002 and the Belgian Play-Offs. Won 2 consecutive titles in Belgium (2001 & 2002).
