Left Frankfurt for Kastoria at the age of two.
Tall and strong, even as a teenager, played with A. E. Kastoria in National D. he was only 16.
Went to Kastoria as a pro, to gain two succesive promotions. Spiros Livathinos made him first choice in 1995.
Even he was out of training for three months, an injury of Talikriadis, forced him to play against Olympiakos in thε first match of the season 1995-96.
Kastoria lost three divisions in a row and Panagiotis left for Kreta and Agios Nikolaos.
Playing very good, transfered in Athinaikos, helping him for the first win of the season 2000-01, when he came from the bench for injured Jozsef Wandzik.
In summer 2001 had a surprising move to Panathinaikos. Became the first goalkeeper that Panathinaikos bought after 11 years!
