My personal motivation is to enhance my full potential and use my current skills with players of higher ability. Expectation after 5 years ahh playing soccer and mostly working in a factory to earn a living id like to have soccer as a career but theres not much opportunity here where you can just focus and concentrate on what you like doing because of finance.
