I describe myself in a few words because my work speaks for itself. Even though I don’t talk to much about myself. I consider important to refer in my opinion that athletes should train as they were on a real game. Only then clubs can achieve the objectives they want! My job is to help each athlete and their team to achieve a road of success individually and collectively, but always with the concept of mentoring of achievement with the expected results and also fulfilling the expected objectives. For this task, my concern is to be updated in research and on the field work to what is concerned about football and where I put all my knowledge and experience with the athletes and with the team. I found a virtue to work with a cooperate group, qualified and distinguished by humility among themselves. I also found relevant to mention that I’m always open and available for proposals made by some club or by their own representatives. These representatives should have in his possession the key figures of the clubs they represent. At last, my contact is on this same page (email) for any question or development of a proposal.

I consider important to keep the athletes in their improvement routines to maintain always the organization and respect at all times, either before, during and after workouts or games: to transmit knowledge, but also personality. Looking to provide solid players, whether in victory (transmission of moderation and humility), and defeat, stimulating the courage and dignity on the team. Permanently also maintaining a good relationship with the opposing teams, referees, fans and the general public. Looking to get a proper development of the teamwork, and always adapting to the purpose and design of the club. Straining always improving new talents as athletes at the club. Work should always be organized in the project, which accomplished, always willing to give and if possible increase and provides a base for success. It’s also relevant to me that athletes levels of individual and collective performance and cohesion of the working group which is done with practice and that result appears during the games. Because every athlete in every game should have in his mind achieving success as a matter of commitment and honor. Other relevant information: Coach participatory research, observations, meetings, conferences, national and international seminars in the fields of Sport Science, Behavioral Science, Management, Sports Marketing, Sport Psychology, Sports Medicine, Methodology training (technical, tactical), physical abilities and motor, gambling laws, organization and politics of sport, new training technologies and high performance (elite).
